This sample Swoogo registration form is being developed as a visual and functional prototype to help Leadership clearly see how future or updated attendee demographic questions would appear and flow within the actual registration experience. By previewing these enhancements in a live-form environment, stakeholders can better assess question clarity, attendee impact, and data value before broader rollout. This work directly supports SEMI 3.0 activities by laying the groundwork for more consistent, structured, and actionable attendee data collection, enabling improved segmentation, deeper audience insights, and stronger alignment between events, marketing strategy, and SEMI’s long‑term data and personalization goals.
