Exhibit Booth Staff who are not from the United States will have the option to request a Visa Letter during the registration process.  Additional fields will be requested (and must be completed) in order for the Visa Letter to be processed.  Processing of letters takes 5 business days and will be sent in PDF format from semiconwest@semi.org. Exhibitors should contact semiconwest@semi.org with any visa letter questions.

If you would like to pre-purchase access to lunch onsite in the Taste of San Francisco, that option is available on the a la Carte page for $49 a day or $147 for all three days. Menus are subject to change with comparable items.

The Lead Retrieval Desk with be located in the Exhibitor Service Center in South Hall, near room 6. Units can be returned nightly for charging.

Coat and Bag Check will be available in South Hall, Upper Lobby.

At the end of the registration process and in your registration confirmation email will be a link to Exhibitor Housing. Booth staff should check with their internal main contacts prior to booking in case a block of housing has been reserved for the team.

During registration all attendees will be asked if they would like to sign the Sustainability Pledge.  A sustainable icon will be on the badges of those attendees who take the pledge.
