Members from organizations who are Government, Military, Non-Profit or Academia (to include students) receive over a 35% discount off the FLEX Pass for $900. • Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than February 6, 2026, and will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. Please email your cancellation request to flex@semi.org

• Only substitution requests will be accepted after February 6, 2026, and must be submitted in writing from the original registrant. For additional information connect with the team at flex@semi.org.

• Refunds will not be processed after March 10, 2026. 

Reservations at the Wigwam must be made by Thursday, January 29, 2026. If necessary, guests must cancel 3 days prior to arrival to avoid 1 night charge plus tax.

For those participating in the FHE Gap Analysis or SEMI U please plan to arrive on Monday, February 23 as those courses begin early on Tuesday, February 24.

The NBMC Gap Analysis begins on 1:00pm on February 24, so early morning arrivals that day are still possible for that program.

Regardless of your schedule, all participants should arrive by 5:30pm on February 24 to celebrate the kickoff at the FLEX Welcome Reception.
