Student Explorer Passes are available to participants who are currently enrolled in an educational institution.
Use your .edu address or add Promotional Code: StudentExplorer on the first page of the registration form to begin the process.
- Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing to questions@american-tradeshow.com no later than July 1, 2023 and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. After July 2, 2023, only substitution requests are available.
- Substitution requests are welcome and will be accepted in writing from the original registrant by June 30, 2023. Emails can be sent to questions@american-tradeshow.com to request a substitution.
Attendees who register from a different country than the United States will have an additional question on the registration form to request a Visa Letter of Invitation.
Once completed, SEMI will process the Visa Letter within 5 business days and send a PDF letter from semiconwest@semi.org.
