South Hall, Expo Floor

Attendees will enter through the South Hall, take the elevator down to the Expo Hall, and continue inside. The meeting rooms will be located to the right, toward the back of the Expo Hall.

North Hall, Upper Lobby

To access the North Hall Upper Lobby, attendees should take the escalators up from either the North Hall or the South Hall. Attendees coming from the South Hall will cross Howard Street to reach the North Hall Upper Lobby.

 All guests must be registered for SEMICON West 2026

Exhibitors: Via the NVYTES tool available to all exhibitors, an unlimited number of complimentary one day Expo Passes may be sent to your meeting attendees.

Attendees: Beginning May 5 SEMI will send promo codes with a limited number of uses (based on the meeting room size) so that Meeting Room Organizers can offer their attendees a complimentary one day Expo Pass. 

South Hall Expo Floor Meeting Rooms

  • Exhibitors may access their meeting rooms starting at 8:00 am during set-up hours with a valid exhibitor badge.
  • Non-exhibiting companies may request special early access by contacting the SEMI team in advance.
    • Early access is intended only for room setup or preparation.
    • Attendees and guests may not meet in South Hall rooms prior to the Expo Floor opening at 10:00 am.

North Hall Meeting Rooms

  • North Hall meeting rooms are available to all badged attendees beginning at 8:00 am each day.

 

At each of the meeting room areas, a meeting concierge will be available to assist your guests in finding your meeting room. 

Meeting rooms will not be available on Monday, October 12, due to safety considerations related to show build activities.

Credit cards are the accepted form of payment as a way of reserving meeting space. Payment can be made once the room selection(s) are made via this booking tool.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the Meeting Rooms. Shared access cannot be guaranteed if the network is impacted. If internet connection is imperative for a successful meeting, we suggest ordering a dedicated line through Moscone Telecom at an additional expense. 

Yes, pick-up and drop off the key in the SEMICON West Show Management Office if you would like to secure the room overnight. 

  • All sales are final
  • SEMI reserves the right to cancel any meeting room bookings
  • Refunds will not be issued, unless SEMI cancels the booking
  • Changes in room, date and time are available and subject to availability
    • No changes after October 7, 2026
    • Updates made to rooms at a lower rate will not be available for a refund
  • SEMI reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of the SEMICON West 2026 Meeting Rooms. SEMI may change the format (including, without limitation, venue location or any other aspect of the event) at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability.
  • Only registered attendees have access to meeting rooms
