Yes, these temporary meeting rooms are intended for private group discussions. There are no ceilings on the meeting rooms, but the walls between each meeting room are soundproof.
Exhibitors: Via the NVYTES tool available to all exhibitors, an unlimited number of complimentary Expo Passes may be sent to your meeting attendees.
Attendees: Beginning March 15, SEMI will send promo codes with a limited number of uses (based on the meeting room size) so that Meeting Room Organizers can offer their attendees a complimentary Expo Pass.
Exhibitors have access to the Expo Floor from 8:00 - 10:00am on show days and may access the meeting room early if needed. However, no meetings with attendee's present can begin until 10:00am as they will not have access to the show floor. We recommend not scheduling any meetings prior to 10:30am.
Attendees who reserve meeting rooms will not have access until 10:00am or 15 minutes prior to the time the reservation begins.
At each of the meeting room areas, an attendant will be in place to assist with helping your guests find your room. Additionally they may be of assistance with other logistical needs.
The Expo Floor is still being completed on Monday, July 10 and the meeting rooms will be unavailable. If you have meeting needs for Monday, July 10, contact the SEMICON West Operations Team at semiconwest@semi.org
Credit Cards are the accepted form of payment as a way of reserving meeting space. Payment can be made once the room selection(s) are made via this booking tool.
Complimentary WiFi will be available in the Meeting Rooms. Shared access cannot be guaranteed if the network is impacted. If internet connection is imperative for a successful meeting, we suggest ordering a dedicated line through Moscone Telecom at an additional expense.
Terms and Conditions

- Refunds will not be issued, unless SEMI cancels the booking
- Changes in room, date and time are available and subject to availability
- No changes after July 1, 2023
- SEMI reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of the SEMICON West 2023 Meeting Rooms. SEMI may change the format (including, without limitation, venue location or any other aspect of the event) at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability.
- Only registered attendees and exhibitors will have access to the meeting space on the Expo Floor.
